We will be making slight changes to our sleeves to accomodate to slimmer laptops. All our sleeve measurements will be reduced by half an inch to fit your laptop better. Size charts on our site can be used as normal as these changes will not affect the measurements you see on it. Also, as a reminder, unless your sleeve is custom made, there will be differences in fit across various laptop models. We are happy to announce that Snupped will be doing our fair share to help planet Earth. It will increase our workload and costs but everyone has a part to play and so do we=)

As of this post, Snupped will no longer use plastics to wrap your sleeves, only recycled wrapping papers shall be used. We will also be reducing the amount of paper usage. For very sleeve that is sent out by us, addresses will be hand-written (hope non of you would find our hand writing too atrocious). We will also use smaller envelopes and will reduce the amount of sticky tape. However, rest assured that we will ensure that your sleeve is well protected.

We are amending our shipping charges slightly. This change will affect mainly our Malaysian neighbours. Shipping to addresses in Malysia will be adjusted from the previous SGD$14 to SGD$5. We have also made the appropriate updates to our Help section.

A little small update here. A big THANKS to one of our customers, Uraina, who alerted us about our discount codes being broken. You could enter your discount codes, but the discounts do not get factored in in the “Finalize Order” screen and in the Payment secreen either.

It’s probably been quite a while since you’ve had your Snupped laptop sleeve. Is it still as good as new?

We take great pride in every single detail when it comes to sewing your sleeve and we hope you’ll treat them with care too. They need some love too, like you and me. Here are a common questions on how you can take care of  Mr. Snupped.

May I wash it?
Yes, you can. Our laptop sleeves are like the clothes we wear, except that they’re for your laptops.

You can either hand wash or machine wash, but take care to use only cool water only. Do not use fabric softeners! Do not tumble dry also. Instead, lay it on a flat surface to dry.

The best way is to use a wet cloth to wipe your laptop sleeve. You may use a detergent to remove any stains. We recommend this method instead as frequent washing of your laptop sleeve may damage the sponge inside.

May I Iron it?
Yes, our laptop sleeves are made of cotton and are iron-friendly. Just make sure your iron is not set too hot!

Can I fold my laptop sleeve?
If you can fold your clothes, then you can fold our laptop sleeves. You may get a a few cringes here and there, but a little ironing will fix it in no time.

Will the zip spoil if I play with it too often?
Normally no, but it really depends on how destructive you are ;).

Threads are growing from my sleeve, how do I remove them?
Please do not pull them out! DO NOT pull them out. Use a scissors to cut away the thread. The THREAD, not the laptop sleeve!
